CSCS Card Renewal Guide

Every CSCS Card has different criteria but you have to pass an appropriate CITB test at the point of renewal. Our team our specilists at advising on the right time to renew your CSCS card any CITB tests or NVQ qualifications you may need to have in place.

CSCS Green Card

Re-apply for you CSCS Green Labourer Card up to 2 months before its expiry date. Pass a CITB Operative test and Level 1 Health and Safety in a Construction Environment or Health and Safety Awareness course which is valid for 5 years.

CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card

The CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card should be considered for renewal up to 6 months before its expiry date. Pass a CITB Operative test and submit your NVQ Level 2 Certificate.

CSCS Gold Supervisor Card

The CSCS Gold Supervisor Card is best retaken up to 6 months before its expiry date. Pass a CITB Operative or Specialist test within your chosen trade and submit your NVQ Level 3 Certificate.

CSCS Black Manager Card

Renew the CSCS Black Manager Card within 1 year of its expiry. Pass your manager's test and submit the NVQ Level 6 certificate.

CSCS Red Trainee Card

The CSCS Red Trainee Card cannot be renewed.

CSCS White Academically Qualified Person Card

The CSCS White Academically Qualified Person Card is not renewable.

CSCS White Professionally Qualified Person Card

The CSCS White Professionally Qualified Person Card is not renewable.

CSCS Red Provisional Card

The CSCS Red Provisional Card cannot be renewed.
